Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault.
Fitting and loading
Load ratings quoted on our product pages are the manufacturer's, and most assume weight spread evenly across a shelf rather than concentrated in one spot. Wall mounted products are only as strong as the wall and the fixings behind them: use fixings rated for the load and suited to your wall type, and on plasterboard fix into the studs rather than relying on cavity anchors. Adhesive fixings need a clean, dry, fully cured surface and time to bond before being loaded. Our fitting guidance is general information and does not replace the instructions supplied with the product or with your fixings.
